Aman Sooji Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
- Aman Sooji – 2 Cups
- Sugar – ½ Cup
- Milk – ¾ Cup
- Oil – ½ Cup
- Dahi (curd) – 1 Cup
- Soda Bicarbonate (mita soda) – ½ teaspoon
- Baking Powder – 2 teaspoons
- 1 Coconut finely grated
- Elaichi and almonds can be added for taste
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside for 2-3 hours.
- Pour into baking tin and bake in an oven on medium until golden brown colour and set.
- To check if the cake is done, insert a butter knife into the middle of the cake. If the knife comes out clean, the cake is ready to be enjoyed!
